Responsibilites and Duties:
- Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations and waiting lists
- Present menu, answer customer queries and make suggestions regarding our food and beverage options
- Listen and respond to comments and questions of every guests and pay regular table checks
- Ensure fast and accurate guest service at all times and solve guest problems the best way possible
- Supervise on the staff compliance to the service steps
- Responsible for resolving customer issues and provide relevant support to staff in resolving customer complaints to keep up the standards of the chocolate bar service
- Check the average ticket delivery time of foods & beverages
- Check all takeout orders are accurate before signing off
- Assist in development and motivation of team.
